Key Responsibilities

Oracle is seeking a Partner Sales Account Manager (PSAM) Leader for Israel reporting to Alliances and Channels Leader of West Region

This role will have responsibility to execute a strategy to engage and activate partners to build on the value Oracle provides its partners and drive incremental business for our partners.

Successful Candidate is an experienced, energetic Channel sales Leader to drive One Partner model through Channel Business Growth for Cloud, SW and Cloud Systems Oracle portfolio

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage a set of Technology Partners by developing a strong, sustainable, trusted advisor-oriented relationships with Partners and Sales organization in Israel.
  • Work in unison with internal stakeholders to leverage synergies and relationships that foster a culture of pro-active teaming across Country with Oracle Sales, Pre-Sales and Business Development at regional level
  • Responsible for meeting Indirect Revenue Targets and KPIs for Technology Cloud, Software & Cloud Systems in Israel
  • Responsible for developing OCI implementation capability & capacity with the managed partners to ensure timely & successful customer implementations.
  • Execute initiatives in region, drive sales alignment such as account planning, RFP responses, and utilizing sales plays that can be leverages in the Israeli market.
  • Develop and manage partner business plan and deliver to key performance indicator (KPI) reporting on a regular basis 
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with partners in a defined territory
  • Ability to present Oracle’s go-to-market Strategy at C Level meetings with partners for OP business as well as Cloud.
  • Initiate and lead partners’ Oracle knowledge, skills, competencies, and sales readiness training events.
  • Take an active role in the deal-closing process with partners when necessary.
  • Advocate for partners within Oracle and communicate Oracle's priorities to them effectively.
  • Ensure the integrity and compliance of partner transactions.

Responsibilities

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working in sales, business development or channel roles 
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage organizational, cross company interactions
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, learning agility,  communication & collaboration skills
  • Current relationships with software and infrastructure resell Partner Sales (1-tier and 2-tier), GSI’s, infrastructure solution partners and distributors is a bonus
  • Strong business acumen, planning and execution skills 
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Experienced with Oracle, Oracle's Partner Eco-system and Oracle Partner programs is desirable
  • Team Player
  • An energetic and enthusiastic person who can drive the desired change in the region
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
