Instrumentation Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

The role demands a commitment of
56 hours per week
and
6 day per week
, reflecting the intensive nature of the project and its critical timelines.
Conduct field installation pre-checks to ensure readiness for instrumentation installation.
Monitor and inspect all instrument installations, cabling, and tubing progress, performed by the client's subcontractors.
Supervise cable testing, tubing pressure tests, and other related activities carried out by the client's subcontractors.
Review and verify calibration and field testing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure that all field works are completed satisfactorily before power-up of instruments and panels.
Verify instrument ranges preset according to Linde's data sheet in the DCS (Distributed Control System).
Confirm all alarm settings are configured as per Linde's document in the DCS.
Perform calibration, initialization of control valves, instruments, and other instrumentation equipment.
Conduct loop checking in collaboration with DCS vendors to ensure seamless communication between the DCS and field/MCC (Motor Control Center).
Participate in interlock, logic, and sequence checking activities alongside DCS vendors and other field operators.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by the commissioning manager to support project completion.
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to instrumentation and control systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience with DCS systems and familiarity with Linde's documentation and specifications is preferred.
Certification in relevant areas such as instrument calibration or safety procedures is a plus.
