We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Red Team Operator to join our cybersecurity team. As a Senior Red Team member, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential security threats and risks to our multinational organization end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on our organization's networks, systems, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses

Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, including but not limited to social engineering, physical penetration testing, and custom exploit development

Collaborate with other members of the red team and other security teams to provide recommendations for remediation and improvement

Continuously research and stay current on the latest attack methods, techniques, and tools to ensure that our organization stays ahead of potential threats

Provide training and guidance to other members of the red team and other security teams or affected teams in IT
-
Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts as needed
WHAT YOU Bring along
-
5+ years of experience in a red team or similar role
-
knowledge of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies
-
Experience with social engineering
-
Well understanding of network protocols and network security especially enterprise environment (Windows/Linux and Mac endpoints)

Experience with custom exploit development
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hebrew and English – must.

Experience in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure

Written and verbal communication in German - Advantage
-
Experiences in OT and IOT security – Advantage
